Welcome to the NEW & UPDATED Saguaro Trails Website!
Saguaro Trails, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Tucson, Arizona, is a serene and family-friendly neighborhood. With 625 Lots, the community offers several playground parks, ramadas, a dog park, a soccer field, and a 7-acre amenity center with a resort-style pool and splash pad. The HUB, a rentable recreation room with a table, sitting area, kitchen area, and fridge, adds convenience. Three additional community parks and playgrounds are strategically spread throughout the community, ensuring you're never far from outdoor fun and relaxation. With these amenities at your doorstep, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of your new home.
The Saguaro Trails Community Association is steered by its dedicated Board of Directors. While the community is still being built out, the declarant appoints the Board of Directors. Once the community is ready to transition to the homeowner's Board of Directors, board members will be elected by the general membership, consisting of all homeowners on record for the Association. Your involvement is crucial to the community's growth and success.
All Saguaro Trails Community Association meetings are open to homeowners, and your presence is welcome and encouraged. For more information about the Board of Directors Meetings, visit the Calendar of Events page. We believe in transparency and value your input in the community's decisions.
Platinum Management, Inc. administers the Association’s business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.
The Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees the approval of remodeling, renovations, and new construction. The ARC must approve all construction projects in the Saguaro Trails Community, including new installations and modifications. For more information on how to submit, please visit the Governing Documents, Rules & Regulations page.
